Since the customer satisfaction is our number one priority, Kasting Studio offers a convenient way of returning or exchanging the ordered items. Thus, an ordered package can be returned or exchanged within 21 days when it was shipped. Hence, you will be charged return shipping and insurance costs. The returned items should be in their original state as they were when purchasing and include all product documentation. And you should call or email us to get Return Merchandise Authorization.
Custom rings (design your own ring), personalized engrave jewelry are non-refundable. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns without a Kasting Studio approval, returns sent C.O.D. or improperly and in uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
Yes, Kasting Studio is ready to exchange it with pleasure for merchandise credit within 21 days of purchase. Send the gift in its original package with the receipt (if there is any) and ship it via FedEx(preferable) with our shipping label.
No, Kasting Studio will not notify the buyer that the gift was returned.
It is not obligatory, however we highly recommend you to insure your shipment, when selecting other carriers, especially for the items valued at $500 or more.

Yes. Kasting Studio offers a Lifetime Warranty to protect its own products against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. However that warranty does not cover normal wear, damages due to activities or trauma and lack of regular maintenance.
Kasting Studio, paying more attention on the customer satisfaction, offers complimentary cleaning and product inspections(recommended every six months). Besides we take necessary measures against the possible stone loss or damage which occurs when prongs are curved, caught or broken during normal wear. The only thing we ask you is to cover the shipping and insurance costs to transport the ring to our office. And as a gratitude we will cover the shipping back to you.

For the rest diamond and gemstone rings we offer resizing services within 30 days of purchase. However it is necessary to let you know, that depending on your ring size the ring may contain different number of gemstones, diamonds or increase or decrease of precious metals. Thus, when exchanging or resizing it, please consider that in this case it may cause a change in price.
